feedback mostly on what i do on either side of 9-2-5 (ie rowing)

awesome day.
first off, we had a long row.  the water was amazing, the weather was amazing, and we were solid.  good rowing throughout the entire practice.  made calls for little adjustments and exaggerations and changes, and we did them well.
then, we had an hour erg as an AM2 workout, which was fine and felt strong during. (posted above)
lastly, a heavy lift that felt great despite the fact that i felt tired going into it.
