took the 1x out this morning because willy is resting his shoulder, which got a slight strain from high pressure turning around naples island.  it was fun to do and a long hard row.  almost all of our morning session rows are around 20k +/-.  this morning was about 23k and that’s with a good bulk of it being at the harder end of steady state.

my first few catch-placement drills were quite wobbly per usual for getting back in the single.  however, by the end of the warm-up, everything was clicking.  long, hard fruitful row.
