Time to Decorate with Onions

apologies from the lack of posting.  most of my energy is being spent just getting over this cold.  i have done most of the workouts, but dialed down the intensity of afternoon workouts.  maybe i would just get over it quicker with complete rest.  napping a ton, which is key.

anyways, big mike back at penn ac told me to look into this, and as he guessed, it’s right up my alley!  if you know me at all, the list of remedies i’m into grows longer and longer!  although i have shelved a good portion of my hypochondria this year (which has actually helped me to stay healthier while training), i am always game for new cures and health tips.  from hydrogen peroxide in the ears to oregano oil on the feet.  now, lookout roommates cause onions are IN.
