heart rate is really all i have to offer you right now.  these are two more “sleep tests” as i’m calling them.  you can distinctly tell some inaccuracies when there’s a long straight horizontal slope separating two points.  probably means it stopped recording for a bit due to the position of the strap while i was on my side.  nonetheless, while i slept a lot better last night, i still had a 59bpm average and spikes higher than ever…
