some of you might have seen these on facebook, but a little “taste” of our appetite at times.

no matter what my dad says, i have a pretty healthy diet nowadays.  the main thing is really to get in copious amounts of decent calories. however, if you ask anyone i row with, they will tell you i’m a massive geek about eating superfoods.  everything from beets to kale to honey to goji berries and cacao.  just like the idea of getting the most bang for my food buck i can.  however, this gigantic pizza willy ordered and these fresh bake goods make for what the kids call “food porn.”
