haptic

feedback mostly on what i do on either side of 9-2-5 (ie rowing)

so my resting HR is finally coming back down.  last night i had an average of 51bpm opposed to 59bpm.  big shift.  hopefully, it will drop more tonight.

that being said i feel good, but still not quite great.

during the morning row, my heart rate really spiked during the first third.  i could feel it beating through my shirt really.  it settled down by the end.  we did have a bit of a challenge this morning.  rhythm did not come quite as naturally and effortlessly as usual.  plus, we were battling a bit of lean that we will probably remedy with a little more space between our port and starboard side oarlock heights.

then, we had a am2 workout which was 2x1000 meters + 500 meters with 4 minutes rest between each.  my heart rates were fine for all of them and i did them fine.  they weren’t all out, but just at a base pace.  they did feel a little harder still than they should have.

on the mend.
